At Brighton Collectibles, our primary objective is to build and enhance the Brighton brand through the

operation of our Brighton Collectibles stores. The Key Partner must represent Brighton’s culture and

values which have made Brighton the #1 accessory company in America.

The Key Partner is responsible for achieving all of Brighton’s store objectives and standards.

• Store Shrink

• The Key Partners primary role is as a Lead Sales Partner. They are expected to exemplify our Brighton selling and Customer service standards!
• The Key Partner is responsible for creating a store environment, as described in the Brighton Mission Statement.
• The Assistant Managing Partner is responsible for insuring that the highest level of customer service is consistently achieved in all stores.
• The Non-negotiable selling standards are being achieved consistently
• Brighton’s Store Sales Performance Standards are being met
• Brighton’s Coaching Program is being used daily
• The Key Partner is responsible for insuring that each Partner is thoroughly knowledgeable and conversant about all of the Brighton product line:

• The Key Partner is responsible for insuring that all Brighton Partners consistently meet Brighton’s performance standards.

• The Key Partner is responsible for insuring that Brighton store operational standards are consistently achieved.
• Inventory Control
• Store Maintenance and organization
• Loss Prevention

• The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of specialty store sales experience with both a high quality, national chain store, and with a small, independent, specialty store.
• Key Partner candidates must have a record of tenure (5 yrs) with previous employers.
• Key Partner candidates must live in and be involved in the community our store is in.
• Key Partners must exemplify Brighton’s Values
• Key Partners are fashionable and must represent the Brighton brand.
