• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly. You’ll deliver on our goal of keeping the store clean, organized, and all our styles easily shoppable.

• Shoe‑Obsessed: When a customer enters the store, you’re a shoe sleuth on the hunt for the perfect styles. Make recommendations and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Positive communication with associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion, partnering with managers as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Effective teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

• Lift up to 40 lbs from floor to shoulder height using appropriate equipment.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
