The Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations while creating a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment. This role motivates and develops team members, ensures operational excellence, and delivers an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations every time.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, safety-first culture for both associates and customers.
• Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, company standards, and best practices.
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style.
• Ensure the wash operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Educate customers on wash services, membership options, and the Grand Express Wash experience.
• Promote and sell membership plans to help build customer loyalty.
• Monitor employee productivity, scheduling, timekeeping, and break compliance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and address performance concerns promptly.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by creating a welcoming, friendly environment.
• Oversee frontline and finishing operations to ensure every vehicle leaves looking its best.
• Report operational concerns or maintenance issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

This position combines indoor and outdoor work. Associates spend extended periods on their feet and may be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, sun, wind, rain, and cooler temperatures. The ability to work safely and enthusiastically in all seasons is essential.
