Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and driving sales through recommended add-ons;
Support store environment and merchandising and contribute to store sales initiatives during holiday season;
Collaborate with store team to keep areas including restrooms clean and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and moving products from stockroom to selling floor and ensure presentation is organized;
Meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and handle guest questions professionally; escalate issues as needed
