PAY: $15.50-$16.00/hour + shared tip pool

The Inventory Associate ensures all products are received, labeled, organized, and stocked in compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory counts, supporting sales floor restocking, and upholding FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, count, document, and verify incoming inventory deliveries
Unpack, label, and organize products accurately and efficiently
Maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor following FIFO guidelines
Conduct daily physical inventory counts and assist with monthly audits
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; communicate discrepancies proactively
Ensure all inventory processes comply with state cannabis laws and regulations
Maintain clean, organized stockroom, storage, and receiving areas
Process and document returns according to established procedures
Prepare new products for sale within established time frames
Assist with restocking, shelf labeling, and merchandising support
Document and report any inventory discrepancies immediately
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or retail experience
Valid Arizona Facility Agent Card (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Basic computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
Experience in cannabis retail or regulated industries
Experience with inventory audits and stock management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
