Job Summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise with over 550 locations in the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for a Spa Experience Ambassador in Lake Pleasant who will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. • Meet membership sales goals
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training will be provided
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours as needed
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the workplace
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum age 18 years old
• Strong enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn and grow
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong team player able to work independently with minimal supervision
