Farmers Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our high-growth Scottsdale/Greater Phoenix team through our enhanced Agent Development Program — a proven pathway to starting your own agency and long-term financial success.

This full-time, paid mentorship program provides hands‑on training alongside a top‑performing Farmers Insurance Agency Owner. You’ll gain real‑world experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, agency operations, and leadership while building the skills needed to succeed as a future agency owner.

We provide the training, support, licensing assistance, and coaching. You bring the drive, ambition, and commitment to succeed.

Expected First‑Year Earnings: $95,000 – $125,000+

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead sources
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions
• Build relationships with clients and referral partners
• Create partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, and local business owners
• Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service
• Meet and exceed sales and production goals
• Continuously develop industry and product knowledge

• Property & Casualty License preferred (licensing assistance available)
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
