• Sell a full suite of payment solutions

• Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and executing targeted outbound follow-up

• Assess client needs and delivering customized merchant solutions

• Educate clients on payment security, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial consultation through activation

• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless client experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of Merchant Services or Contact Center Sales experience
• Experience in consultative sales, financial services, or solution-based selling environments
• Merchant Services, payments, or fintech industry experience
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency navigating CRM tools, multiple systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
