- Contact prospective customers to provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices and develop treasury management business
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure proper account servicing and expand existing business
- Prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, and recommend client solutions
- Identify opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist management in developing market strategy and setting sales objectives
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue retention goals
- Assist in designing and oversee proper installation of treasury management services
- Assist management in developing new services or modifying existing services
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of treasury management products
- Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Strong sales and new business development skills
- Excellent customer service and relations skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
- Applicants must satisfy applicable employment eligibility requirements; U.S. Bank participates in E-Verify
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of treasury management products and strong sales capabilities, with a focus on customer service and relationship management. Proven ability to develop market strategies and achieve sales objectives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
