Director of Client Engagement (Sales
- Prospect Facing) Are you the one we're seeking to connect with potential clients? Join our dynamic team at a rapidly growing family law firm in New Jersey. Our purpose is to empower men and fathers through the legal process, ensuring their vital role in their children's lives. We champion the importance of fathers and strive to uphold fairness, challenge prejudices, and promote love and self-worth in every child.
At our unique law firm, we take pride in our reputation and are deeply committed to our principles. We are seeking an individual who shares our vision and values and can become an integral part of our team. Responsibilities:
What is a day in the life of a Non-Attorney Salesperson at a law firm? Conduct a consultative sales methodology meeting with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our legal services. Facilitate the closing process to convert the prospect into a retained client, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM database.
Collaborate with our legal team to address all prospective and client concerns and provide suggested solutions to meet their needs. Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the firm's overall success.
Qualifications:
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere A people person: you love talking to people and helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel. A clarifier with a knack for asking the right questions and making people feel heard. Believes that fathers are irreplaceable in a child's life and wants to fight for their rights in a system that doesn't always play fair.
Balance empathy with a no-nonsense, results-driven approach. Problem-solving: the ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and uncover what really matters to someone. Funny (or think you are): because life is too short to be stoic and serious all the time.
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience + incentive
