Research Assistant – Peoria, AZ – Entry Level

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Research Assistant to support clinical study operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands‑on experience in clinical research and healthcare.

• Assist study coordinators with daily clinic procedures, including participant check‑ins, informed consent processes, administering electronic questionnaires, and supporting instrumentation and photography tasks.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing test materials, making appointment reminder calls, and quality‑checking study documents.
• Support the development and organization of study paperwork and documentation.
• Ensure punctual attendance for all assigned studies and maintain a professional presence in the clinic.
• Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and study participants, maintaining respectful and professional interactions at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and operational integrity protocols.

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in medical or clinical environments is a plus.
• Comfortable using standard office equipment, including computers and phones.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, professional setting with attention to detail.

Entry Level

Professional office and clinical setting. Monday – Friday 8am‑5pm. Once sequester studies start end of September/October some studies will be 8 hours and some will be 12 hours. Schedule for sequester days will start at 6 or 7am and run through the end of the study (8 hours or 12 hours) – If working a 12‑hour study the next day will be a short day.

Fully onsite position in Peoria, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
