Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift to join our team located in
Peoria, AZ.

The hourly range for this position is $23.50 /hr - $30/hr based on experience.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 4a - 12:30p.
What Success Looks Like:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus. - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
