The Field Installer plays a critical role in ensuring the precise execution of glass installations as per Kovach's standards. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the proactive use of the required tools. The Field Installer will consistently work to enhance their expertise within Kovach’s scope of work.

• On‑site presence and reliability:
  Arrive at the job site promptly at the required start time as indicated by the Supervisor.
• Quality assurance:
  Regularly review the work completed to ensure it meets Kovach's high‑quality standards.
• Safety and communication:
  Strictly adhere to Kovach's safety protocols, job site‑specific requirements, and report injuries. Immediately communicate any safety concerns to the Supervisor.

• Prior experience in glazing preferred.
