Legacy Home Solutions is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of residential repairs, renovations, remodels, and property improvement projects. This position primarily supports Legacy Home Solutions customer projects, including home repairs, remodels, apartment renovations, and real estate improvement work, while also assisting with maintenance and repair needs at Ohana residential homes and senior living communities.

The ideal candidate has experience across multiple trades, takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with homeowners and customers, and can work independently while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude. This role requires someone who represents both Legacy Home Solutions and Ohana with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

Complete residential repair, maintenance, remodeling, and renovation projects for Legacy Home Solutions customers.

Perform apartment renovations, turnovers, punch lists, and property improvement projects.

Install and repair doors, trim, cabinets, flooring, drywall, and finish materials.

Perform interior and exterior repairs with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Complete projects safely, efficiently, and according to scope and schedule.

Carpentry and finish work

Drywall repair, texture, and painting

Flooring installation and repairs

Cabinet installation and repairs

Door, window, and hardware installation

Light plumbing repairs and fixture replacement

Light electrical repairs and fixture replacement (within licensing requirements)

General handyman and property maintenance services

Assist with maintenance and repair needs at Ohana residential homes and senior living properties.

Complete work orders promptly while helping maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments.

Help ensure all facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained.

Communicate professionally with homeowners, residents, property managers, vendors, and team members.

Keep customers informed of project progress and communicate any issues promptly.

Represent Legacy Home Solutions and Ohana with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

2+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, construction, or handyman services.

Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, light plumbing, and light electrical work.

Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read work orders and follow project scopes.

Valid Arizona driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Fingerprint Clearance card (can be obtained after employment)

Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor in indoor and outdoor environments.

Experience with residential remodels or apartment renovations.

Experience working in occupied residential homes.

Trade certifications are a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
