The City of Tolleson is seeking an entry-level Wastewater Operator I for night shifts to learn and perform technical operations, maintenance, and basic repairs at the wastewater treatment facilities. You will work under supervision with certified operators, conducting field inspections and lab testing.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Arizona driver’s license; ADEQ Operator certifications are preferred and Grade 1 certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
