Troubleshoot and repair motors, belts, bearings, valves, actuators, fans, piping, and other mechanical components.

Support plumbing and utility systems, including process cooling water, domestic water, wastewater, drains, valves, and associated piping.

Experience working as an operator in a central control room.

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

Experience with CMMS and Building Management Systems.

Semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, data-center, or industrial-facility experience preferred.
