*** Minimum of two (2) years of directly related facility maintenance or trades experience.
** License:
*** Valid Arizona Class "D" Driver's License upon hire.

*** Ability to pass a Police Department background check.
** Required Certifications (Post-Hire Timeline)**
* ** Within 12 Months:
** EPA Universal Certification, Level 1 Thermography Certification, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Card.
* ** Within 18 Months:
** Electric League of Arizona Building Operators' Certificate.
** Work Schedule**

Shift:
** Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4/10 schedule).
