What We're Looking For

Team Lead Requirements:

• Valid Arizona contractor's license (ROC preferred)
• Current general liability insurance
• 3+ years of proven roofing installation leadership experience
• Ability to manage and coordinate a crew of 2-4 installers
• Expertise in residential and commercial roofing systems
• Own professional-grade tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation for crew and materials
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in Arizona's desert climate

Crew Requirements:

• Experienced in shingle, tile, and flat roof installations
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Professional work ethic and customer service skills
• Physical capability to perform roofing work in extreme heat
