Lot Technician - RideNow Peoria

Ride Now Powersports is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to join our team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check‑in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
• Deliver and pick up units to customers
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and assist in managing inventory flow
• Perform general support tasks as needed

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older, and 21 year of age or older to drive company vehicles.
• This is a driving position—must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required)
• Must be able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmission
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
