Accounts Payable Rep

• Process various Accounts Payable transactions for assigned vendor accounts
• Prepare and present vendor account reconciliations and review A/P aging reports
• Analyze and research vendor discrepancies and communicate findings effectively
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal business stakeholders
• Address outstanding issues related to aging, GR/IR, and parked reports

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous vendor and/or account reconciliation experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
• Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with complete A/P cycle processes

• Experience with unvouched receipts, goods receipt vs. invoice reconciliation, and open payables discounts aging analysis
• Proven ability to effectively handle exception invoices and maintain compliance with approval processes
