Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Our client is a well-established organization seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, cash management activities, and general ledger accounting. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, assisting with month-end close activities, and supporting various accounting projects.

• Manage daily cash activity, banking transactions, and related account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, amortization, and other general ledger activity
• Maintain fixed asset, prepaid expense, and other accounting schedules to support accurate financial reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and account analysis
• Support annual audits, tax preparation activities, and compliance with GAAP accounting standards
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Experience preparing journal entries and working within accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
