Operations & Project Support Administrator

Non-Exempt • $21-$23/hour

Ziegler Industries, LLC is hiring an Operations & Project Support Administrator to support daily office and field operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling timekeeping, communication, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

• Collect, verify, and submit employee time records/timesheets.
• Answer phone and radio communications and coordinate messages between field and office teams.
• Provide clerical support (data entry, scanning, filing, document prep).
• Track inventory and coordinate ordering of jobsite materials, tools, and safety supplies.
• Maintain organized records for inventory usage and purchase orders.
• Follow all safety policies and support field operations when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Experience with ADP, Procore, or Net Suite is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
