Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator temp to work within their Chicago (Loop) office. This Administrative Coordinator temp will work within either the Real Estate or Finance department supporting senior personnel in the department. This position is a 6 month contract but could be an opportunity to get your foot in the door. The role is hybrid, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.
Whatyou get to do:
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for the team
- Facilitate communications between departments and determine priority attention items
- Prepare expense reports and check requests
- Answering incoming calls, filing, copying, scanning, and handling mail
- Assist with ongoing special projects
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional services firm or legal services is required, experience supporting senior level executives preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
