A legal services firm in the northern suburbs is seeking an Administrative / Legal Assistant to join its close-knit team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a stable, in-office environment with rare overtime and a strong respect for work/life balance.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting day-to-day office operations. You’ll assist with answering phones and client inquiries, following up with clients, proofreading and preparing documents, organizing and filing paperwork, and providing general administrative support. This position plays an important role in creating a positive client experience and keeping the office running smoothly.
