Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview POSITION SUMMARY

The Organizational Development Assistant provides support to the Organizational Development (OD) team and Ministry-wide OD initiatives. This role assists with program coordination, data tracking and reporting, learning system administration and event logistics to ensure OD programs are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational priorities. The OD Assistant supports e-learning strategies and systems, serves as the learning management system (LMS) administrator for OD-related programming, and provides e-learning and LMS support to leaders and team members for OD-related needs.

This role supports continuous improvement of Organizational Development processes, tools and experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED and 2 years of administrative or clerical support experience in lieu of degree.

Experience:

Experience supporting learning, training, or organizational development programs

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience:

2 years’ experience in healthcare setting, and experience/knowledge of learning management system (LMS) software Experience with data collection and tools within Microsoft Suite such as Forms and Power BI
