Student Assistant - Undergraduate - Fall

Position: Student Assistant - Undergraduate - Fall 2026
This position is a part time position in the office of Student Engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide superior customer service to all students, faculty, staff and guests who visit or call the office.

• Daily administrative work including checking email, answering phones, approving flyers, assisting with equipment check out/in.

• Special projects and other duties as assigned by staff within the Student Activities Office.

Expectations:

• Be available to work 6-12 hours per week. Work location is flexible with hybrid or virtual options.

• If working virtual/hybrid, a computer capable of handling the expected workload and software.

• Know and be able to communicate Student Organization Policies and Procedures

• Through training, possess a wide knowledge of campus and be resourceful to find answers.

• Be a currently enrolled student or an anticipated fall enrollment continuing student.

Pay Rate: Student Engagement pay rate is $10 per hour.

This is a federally funded opportunity to earn "spending money" through part-time, on-campus employment. Eligibility for work-study does not guarantee you will find a campus job.
