Overview
This internship will be a temporary summer position lasting approximately 10 weeks.
1. Operational & Project Support- Assist with MyOSF engagement and digital experience initiatives.
- Support operational workflow reviews and process improvement efforts.
- Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Organize reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and project documentation.
- Assist with reporting and data organization activities.
- Support communication updates and digital engagement efforts.
- Assist with development and review of onboarding and educational materials.
- Help maintain workflow documentation and training resources.
- Assist with internal communication and marketing support activity.
- Schedule meetings and assist with coordination of team activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up documentation.
- Organize electronic files and maintain document accuracy.
- Respond professionally to internal inquiries and requests.
- Participate in team meetings and operational discussions.
- Gain exposure to healthcare digital operations and patient access workflows.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience leaders and team members on assigned initiatives.
- Complete additional duties as assigned in support of operational and organizational goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current student attending a college/university undergraduate/graduate program with a focus in healthcare administration, business, communications, marketing, information systems, healthcare operations, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest in healthcare operations, digital engagement, patient experience, or healthcare technology.
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, communications, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
