Support Services Associate, Shuttle Driver​/Admin Duties

• Arrange and/or administer transportation of customers during the repair of their vehicles via rideshare, rental, or company vehicle.
• Perform clerical or administrative duties to support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents within the location.
• Receive parts and process returns.
• Create, modify, and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are not available.
• Answer phones when necessary.
• Assist with invoicing and processing payments when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• May require travel to different locations on an as‑needed basis.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s).
• Effective organization, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work scheduled hours as necessitated by business need.
• Math and computer skills with experience using software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and email.
• Member service focus.

• High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED).
• Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service industry required.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40lbs. Working environment includes sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and lifting. #LI-JM1
