Clerical Partner (2 South)

Clerical Partners support the clerical and administrative aspects of patient care delivery and serve as a liaison for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Answer phones, receive patient calls, take messages, and refer questions and answers to the appropriate individual
• Maintain unit supplies of forms and prepare appropriate packets and information for admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Monitor and order supplies
• Perform computer‑based functions including admission, transfer, and discharge, and make follow‑up appointments
• Provide clerical support to the timely delivery of patient care
• Serve as a customer service representative, receptionist, and liaison among patient, family, staff, and medical staff
• Support relationship‑based care by providing compassionate, holistic care to patients, family, and co‑workers and promoting a safe, caring, and healing environment
• Track and monitor the locations of all patients, and facilitate the movement of the patient from one care modality to the next; may sit with patients at times

High School Diploma (Required)

Estimated Compensation Range: $16.14 – $24.21 per hour. Pay is based on experience.

Hours:

24 hours per week, 7pm–7:30am, weekend and holiday rotation.
