AboutThe Role
The successful candidate will work primarily at the main hospital reception, with occasional duties in other areas of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Answering telephone calls and handling queries
- Booking appointments and managing schedules
- Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate filing systems
- Providing a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house service
- Self‑motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good educational background and minimum two years’ office experience
- Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
