Administration Assistant

Job Description

Dermatology Practice seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage practice manager calendar by scheduling meetings and events
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and answering incoming calls to scheduling line
• Perform various office errands including banking deposits
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Assist with monthly productivity reporting
• process incoming faxes including scanning and results into patient charts and prompting provider accordingly
• Maintain certification dates for all licenses and prompt practice manager when renewals are needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administrationor other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strongorganizationalskills
