Full-Time Car Detailer

Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Peoria is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Car Detailer to join our team!

This position is responsible for keeping our new and used vehicles clean, detailed, and ready for our customers. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Wash, vacuum, and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Detail new, used, and customer vehicles
• Clean windows, wheels, tires, upholstery, carpets, and other vehicle surfaces
• Apply waxes, polishes, and other detailing products as needed
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and the sales lot
• Move and organize vehicles around the dealership as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized detail area
• Help ensure vehicles meet dealership standards before being presented to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent full-time schedule
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a physically active position and in varying weather conditions
• Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred, but not required

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

This is a full-time position with regular full-time hours.
