About the RoleIT360, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT equipment, software, and services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure the best value for the company. - Procurement Process:
Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order creation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Proposal Management:
Create, send, and receive proposals from vendors and suppliers, ensuring all proposals meet company standards and requirements. - Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track orders, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. - Cost Control:
Monitor and analyze procurement costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality. - Order Fulfillment:
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns. - Product Check‑In:
Check in products upon receiving them, ensuring that all items are accounted for and meet quality standards. - Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the IT support team to understand their needs and ensure the timely availability of required equipment and services. - Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to management.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
- Good understanding of supply‑chain procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Hands‑on experience with purchasing and quoting software.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
Salary: $42,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
