Manager, Social Media Engagement

Key Outcomes

• Build brand affinity and trust through proactive, culturally relevant engagement
• Modernize engagement through new technology
• Turn social listening into actionable insights that shape strategy and decision‑making

• Lead always‑on, proactive engagement that meets consumers in cultural and brand moments
• Oversee community management and escalation workflows for reputational risks, protecting the brand in real time
• Guide the team to deliver authentic, on‑brand interactions via scalable frameworks
• Serve as day‑to‑day partner to the in‑house editorial team and creative agency to bring engagement to life

• Act as subject‑matter expert for Sprinklr across listening, engagement and reporting
• Leverage new technology to improve speed, quality and scale
• Ensure data quality and governance standards

• Mine opportunities using tools including Sprinklr, Plot and Meltwater
• Identify trends, risks and engagement moments to inform action
• Deliver clear, concise reporting on themes, insights and business impact

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team
• Foster accountability, strong judgment and a culture of continuous improvement

• 5+ years in social media‑focused roles, especially building a strong social community
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise social platforms and listening tools;
  Sprinklr expertise required

• Strong understanding of social platforms, culture and reputation dynamics
• Ability to translate listening data into clear, actionable insights
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
• Clear, concise communicator and collaborative partner
• Curiosity and fluency in emerging social technologies

Salary range: $98,100.00 – $ annually, based on experience and qualifications.

An initial background investigation will be required for this role.
