Expected pay for this position is $33.52 – $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Compensation & Provider Services Applications Analyst I will develop a foundational understanding of provider compensation methodologies and the data required to support them. This role will learn the applications used by OSF to administer provider compensation plans and acquire a basic understanding of how to maintain these applications.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, healthcare administration, or other closely related field
  • or high school diploma and 4 years of experience with relevant applications
• Other skills/knowledge:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Experience:

Previous work‑related experience in the healthcare industry. Experience with key OSF applications.
