Senior Manager, Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle of Salesforce's end-to-end recruiting technology ecosystem
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all recruiting
• Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities
• Manage and monitor recruiting technology vendor relationships
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery
• Own the product roadmap for Salesforce's core recruiting platforms
• Use data and analytics to drive product decisions and improve user experience
• Present product updates and performance reports to executives

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in HR or Recruiting Tech
• Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch
• Experience working with business operations and leadership, engineers, and designers to deliver product solutions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, and recruiting assessment platforms
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
