Our client, EPC global leader, is seeking a Timekeeper to support the on‑site payroll department. They are responsible for the daily reconciliation of timecards, monitoring clock alleys, recording call‑ins, and managing infraction databases for craft hourly and subcontract employees. The role requires about 3 years of related experience and strong organizational skills.

• Timecard Reconciliation: Reconcile daily timecards, verify hours worked, and track overtime, absences, and call‑ins.

• Clock Alley Monitoring: Oversee employee clocking areas to ensure proper badge usage and prevent buddy‑punching.

• HR Coordination: Coordinate data entry for new hires, rehires, terminations, and rate changes between on‑site HR and Payroll.

• Reporting: Update infraction databases, analyze reports, and issue required daily reports to site management.

• Experience: Typically requires a combination of education and directly related experience equal to 3 years.

• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with standard timekeeping software, badge/biometric systems, and accounting software.

• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills to interact effectively with management, craft workers, and vendors.
