Caterpillar Inc. is seeking candidates for the Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Operations Leadership. It is a three‑year, rotational program to accelerate entry‑level talent and build a solid foundation in operations and manufacturing.
Participants complete three 12‑month rotations, with travel and relocation to North America during the program. After completion, operations leadership roles are pursued for a minimum of two years.
