Enterprise Transformation Program Lead

• Lead enterprise-scale programs with multiple projects and work streams impacting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and cross-functional partners.

• Own program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones from initiation through implementation.

• Drive execution of initiatives supporting strategic change and expansion of critical business capabilities.

• Align resources across business, technology, data, operations, risk, and other partners to achieve program objectives.

• Facilitate governance forums and prepare executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.

• Track progress against defined business outcomes and benefits realization targets.

• Apply strong analytical judgment to solve complex problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10–15+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
• Deep expertise in program and project management disciplines, including delivery in complex, regulated environments
• Strong understanding of how strategy translates into operational execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders
• High adaptability and effectiveness in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
