Principal Associate, Process Manager – PULSE

• Documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards
• Educating and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution
• Leading or engaging in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
• Effectively communicating and influencing partners across multiple functional areas
• Identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance data management practices
• Developing and maintaining formal process documentation
• Analyzing data and influencing others to identify risks and trends
• Consulting on well-managed processes and risk management for new intent
• Collecting data to provide transparency to senior leadership on process health

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
• At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• At least 4+ years of Process Management experience (preferred)
• At least 1+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
• At least 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred)
• Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in Process Management and Risk Management, with a strong focus on Continual Improvement and effective communication across functional areas. Proven ability to analyze data, streamline processes, and influence stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
