Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights
- Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to extract actionable information
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that address business challenges, improve processes, and drive growth
- Translate analytical findings into clear and concise business implications
- Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau or other data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Build and enhance financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support decision-making
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and cross‑functional teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define analytical projects, and provide ongoing support
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, streamline analysis, and increase efficiency
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role or in a highly analytical and technical internship
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with experience in querying, data manipulation, and database management
- Proven experience using data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Tableau
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and forecasting
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
