Position: Senior Director, Global Payment Network – Business Market Strategy

Set and drive overall product go-to-market strategy, execution, and commercialization across global Payments products
Define and manage product-related go-to-market activities from strategy through market readiness and launch
Work with cross-functional teams to establish business commercialization strategies and ensure smooth commercialization of Payments products
Improve and automate channels and platforms for product documentation and training in a risk-controlled environment
Lead go-to-market teams creating product toolkits, collateral, and training for Sales and end customers
Develop strategic go-to-market strategies for critical products with domestic and international availability
Own go-to-market strategies and contribute to Payments business goals
Prioritize product go-to-market roadmaps and balance trade-offs for effective market delivery
Partner with client-facing teams, product, operations, and marketing stakeholders to deliver shared business goals
Create vision and strategies for GTM product support and automation, including Product Library technology, access, usability, and channel utilization
Own commercialization and risk management processes, procedures, and controls for the Product GTM function
Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and product adoption
Anticipate marketplace, regulatory, and business changes and incorporate them into strategies
Evaluate market and competitive trends

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 8 years of Marketing experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
At least 3 years of experience in people leadership
