Product Photography Associate
Kelly Services is hiring Product Photography Associates for a creative production role in the Peoria / East Peoria area.
This is not a traditional warehouse job. This is a product photography role where you will help capture clean, accurate images of retail and food service products used for e-commerce, shelf management, and digital product content.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys photography, product images, lighting, detail work, and hands-on creative production. You do not need years of professional studio experience, but you do need a good eye, basic photography knowledge, and the ability to follow a repeatable process.
If you are a hobby photographer, photography student, marketing student, creative media student, content creator, or someone who enjoys product photography, this could be a great fit.

Product photography, creative production, digital content, and image-quality review
Capture product photos using automated photography equipment and basic camera setups Help produce e-commerce images, shelf-management images, product case images, labels, nutrition facts, ingredients, and other product views Set up and position products so images are clean, accurate, and consistent Review images as they are captured to make sure lighting, angles, focus, and product placement look correct Follow templates, instructions, and repeatable image-capture processes Support retail product photography and food service product photography projects Work in a production-style photography environment where quality and pace both matter Re-capture images when lighting, alignment, angle, or product appearance does not meet expectations
Strong candidates will have:
At least 6 months of photography experience required 6–12 months or more of photography experience strongly preferred Photography experience from work, school, freelance projects, portfolio work, hobby photography, product photography, studio work, social media/content creation, or creative projects Basic understanding of camera settings, lighting, angles, and image quality Ability to notice when an image does not look right Comfort doing repetitive, detail-focused product work Reliable attendance and ability to stay focused in a production environment Willingness to learn automated photography equipment and product-image standards
Photography, marketing, multimedia, graphic design, media production, communications, or creative arts students are encouraged to apply.

This role is creative, but it is also structured and repetitive. You should be ready for:
Photographing many products in a consistent format Following instructions instead of free-styling every shot Checking lighting, alignment, labels, angles, and image quality Staying focused during a full production shift Working at a steady pace while keeping quality high Repeating the same process until the image meets the standard
The best person for this role has a good eye, shows up consistently, follows direction, and takes pride in getting the image right.
