Want hands-on design experience that goes straight into your portfolio? Join B-Hive, Bradley University's design agency housed in the Heuser Art Center, and help bring real client projects to life.

At Bradley University, a new design agency called B-Hive bridges the gap between academic brilliance and real-world impact. Within the Heuser Art Center, current students from Bradley come together to form B-Hive. This unique agency not only addresses the immediate design needs of on-campus organizations, nonprofits, companies, and fellow students, but it also fosters an environment where creativity thrives and community is built.

As a Designer, you will support the agency in creating visually appealing and effective designs.

You will help with the following as part of the B-Hive team.

• Collaborate with clients to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media.
• Create drafts, prototypes, and final design solutions using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, or Figma.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Assist in producing assets for branding, marketing, and promotional materials.
• Participate in meetings and contribute creative ideas.

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Word Press, and Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Thank you for your interest in employment at Bradley University. Some undergraduate students (with limited family resources as determined by the results of the FAFSA) qualify for Work Study funds to help offset college costs.
