. Our office customer service and claims management position needs to exceed customer service and claims standards to current clients while also assisting new prospects with personal lines quoting.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Research and data entry.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
• Neat, prompt and reliable.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow‑through and follow‑up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• 2 years prior experience with property and casualty license preferred but not necessary.
