• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Self‑teaching orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some areas.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying up to 30 pounds; pushing up to 7.5 pounds.
• Long periods of standing and hand‑eye coordination.
