Central Stone is seeking candidates for a full-time Customer Service Representative to perform scale house administrative duties at our Colchester, IL quarry. This position will handle the day-in, day-out operations of the scale house, including customer tickets and communication, recordkeeping, quarry dispatching, and more. The schedule for this position is 1 st shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Job Duties:
- Enter customer and product data into scale system
- Provide excellent customer service through positive interaction with customers and haulers.
- Use electronic ticketing system to manage customer transactions
- Direct customer traffic through the plant and inform applicable company personnel of their arrival
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Sound computer and math skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Reliable transportation
