Dental Assistant

Job Description

The Role:

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive great care. You will work chairside with our dentists across a diverse range of specialties, including restorative, orthodontics, pediatric, endodontic, periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.

• Clinical Excellence:
  Provide seamless 4 handed dentistry support and assist with complex operative procedures.
• Patient Advocacy:
  Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they are comfortable, informed, and educated on both pre and post operative care.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Obtain high quality dental radiographs and oral scans while maintaining meticulous treatment records and charting.
• Safety & Logistics:
  Lead infection control efforts by sterilizing instruments and equipment and ensuring operatories are prepared to the highest standards.
• Operational Support:
  Manage and monitor daily supplies to ensure the clinic is always fully stocked and ready for patient care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast paced clinical environment.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to delegate when appropriate.
• Spanish speaker preferred, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
