Role DescriptionDesigner with 2-5 years’ experience focused on Commercial Interiors specializing in Corporate, Government and Healthcare sectors. You will assist with the delivery of high-impact projects through collaborative design, client engagement and quality-driven execution. You will be an integral role to our design team which fosters a creative and inspiring environment. Working closely with firm principals you will have the opportunity to lead the team and drive your design from concept through construction.
Responsibilities- Perform Interior Design Assignments through all Phases of Design
- Clear Understanding of all Project Phases and Sequencing
- Partner with Senior Designers in the Selection and Presentation of FF&E
- Generate 3D Design Visuals and Presentation Decks to Communicate Design Concepts from Visioning to Development
- Generate Interior Drawing Sheets required for Construction Documents including Plans, Elevations, Details, and Schedules
- Build Relationships with Product Representatives, Furniture Dealers, and Fabricators
- Proactive with Continuing Education and Connection to Design Community and Organizations
- Actively Works across Multiple Projects in various Phases
- Superior Attention to Detail, Organization Skills, and Time Management
- Communicates Clearly with Team Members
- Attend in-person Meetings & Presentations (Moderate Travel)
- Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited School of Design or Architecture
- Intermediate Rendering Software Proficiency (such as Enscape)
- Working Knowledge of Office 365 & Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Strong base knowledge of Furnishings and Finishes
- Understanding of ADA Code Compliance
- Experience in Communicating and Presenting to Clients
- $62,000 to $75,000 Annual Salary
