• Lead, manage and design healthcare projects across the firm, working closely with our architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams.
• Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior architectural staff.
• Participate in business development and project pursuits.
• Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
• Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program is required;
  Master’s is preferred.
• 10+ years of architectural work experience.
• Knowledgeable about healthcare industry trends, evidence‑based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
• Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficient use of Revit is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team‑building and managerial skills.

$88,000 – $115,000 (salary determined by experience, education, and internal/external equity)
